Coach Korpela

MARQUES KORPELA

FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

Marques knows the recruiting grind firsthand. He and his mom navigated the college system alone, no guides, no advocates. He started at UW-Whitewater, missed his season with an injury, returned as a walk-on at Southwest Minnesota State, and earned a scholarship after his first year. He played quarterback at both schools and made Academic All-Conference multiple times before winning multiple honors with the Madison Mustangs nationally.

As a former VP of Recruiting at NCSA, the nation's largest collegiate athletic recruiting network, Marques knows what it takes to connect student-athletes with college opportunities. RoJo Legacy is where that expertise meets the field. After achieving national and global Zorts rankings while securing championship milestones on the national circuit out of Austin, Texas, Marques is bringing this elite developmental standard to Minnesota.

As a father of two daughters, he founded RoJo Legacy to give young female athletes what he never had: a program that develops them as competitors and positions them for collegiate scholarship opportunities.
